Accreditations

All higher education programmes are accredited once every six years by The Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO). This accreditation takes place at the level of the programme. A panel of impartial expert peers, approved by the NVAO, assesses the quality of the programmes. This is done on the basis of a site visit and a critical reflection written by the programme.

In addition to the assessment, the 'development dialogue’ is a mandatory part of the NVAO accreditation system. During this conversation, the programme discusses possible improvements with (members of) the accreditation panel. A summary of the development dialogues can be read in the reports (in Dutch).
