During the multi-day festival, which is dedicated to the promotion and discovery of new European and Dutch music, a number of Codarts students and alumni were given the stage to show that they are the next best thing when it comes to promising music artists. All this in front of some 40,000 music lovers and more than 4,000 music industry professionals, including 400 international festivals. Performers at the festival included the duo Lumï (Pop student), Charlotte and Djoeke (both pop alumna). Some 30 dancers, from all parts of the world, will present a unique programme. Their youthful flexibility translates into beautiful solos, duets and group pieces - drawn from existing repertoire by top international choreographers and from new work by young choreography talents.
