The talents play in the orchestra and are accompanied by conductors and other musicians. They also take part in education and chamber music projects. The aim of the orchestra academy is to prepare the talents and give them experience in orchestral practice. Tuba student Yanyi Zeng (student of Hendrik Jan Renes) has been accepted at the Academy for season 2024-2025.

The Andrew Moreno Trio took on saxophonist Femke Mooren and drummer Rafael Slors in the exciting final. Both promising artists with great potential. The j ury spoke the following words about the winner: "We witnessed an extremely dynamic, versatile and mature trio with Andrew in a clear and leading role. He managed to pick the right, high-level players to accompany him on a journey thru his own musical universe.
