The talents play in the orchestra and are accompanied by conductors and other musicians. They also take part in education and chamber music projects. The aim of the orchestra academy is to prepare the talents and give them experience in orchestral practice.

Tuba student Yanyi Zeng (student of Hendrik Jan Renes) has been accepted at the Academy for season 2024-2025.
