Rosemarie Samaritter: associate lector Arts Therapies

As of 1 September 2021, Rosemarie Samaritter will be appointed associate professor of Arts Therapies, a new line of research of the Excellence & Wellbeing programme line.

Rosemarie Samaritter: associate lector Arts Therapies

Her research will focus on the role of the arts for (mental) health and aims to contribute to knowledge innovation in education and practice of the arts therapies. As an associate professor, Rosemarie Samaritter will also supervise PhD and postdoc candidates in the field of music and dance therapy, in collaboration with university partners and practice institutions. Rosemarie Samaritter – a certified senior dance movement therapist and supervisor with many years of clinical experience – already works at Codarts: she is a senior research fellow and the programme leader research at the Master of Arts Therapies.
