The full-time programme offers you the opportunity to further develop and deepen your artistic vision, vocal expertise, and leadership qualities. You will explore how your voice, music, and artistic leadership can be applied in a variety of musical and educational contexts.

Weekly classes take place in Rotterdam on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and, at certain times during the programme, on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. You will follow the complete Vocal Leadership curriculum, complemented by a broad range of elective courses. This allows you to create a learning pathway that aligns with your artistic ambitions, professional practice, and personal development goals.

Weekends are also an integral part of the learning environment. They provide opportunities for deeper exploration, exchange, and interaction with fellow students and faculty members.

An important component of the master's programme is Artistic Research. Based on a concrete, practice-based research question connected to Vocal Leadership, you will investigate your own artistic practice and its development. You will combine experimentation and reflection, documenting your findings in a written research report. In this way, you will learn not only to make your artistic choices more consciously, but also to critically examine, substantiate, and communicate them.

After completing your application, you will receive login details for OSIRIS Application. In OSIRIS, you can then select Vocal Leadership as your instrument/specialisation within the programme.
