Discover the world of Tango, one of the many musical traditions within Global Musics.

The concert features students from various Codarts programmes who collaborate within the Tango course. Artistic guidance is provided by:

Dr. Bárbara Varassi Pega – piano
Santiago Cimadevilla – bandoneon
Dr. Stephen Meyer – violin

The programme includes several ensemble performances and a presentation by OTRA, the tango orchestra in which teachers and students perform together. This edition brings together a unique mix of Tango master’s students, Caribbean and South American bachelor students, and Classical bachelor students. It highlights how collaboration and cross-disciplinary exchange are central to Global Musics at Codarts.
