During the Classical Music Open Day, we will also present an inspiring programme from our BA Music programme in Global Musics. Visitors can enjoy tango and maqām music from the cultures along the Silk Roads. The programme will also include a presentation about this renewed programme.
Interested parties can visit the information stand with all their questions and talk to the coordinators of the various programmes, including music from the Caribbean, South America and the maqām and modal traditions of the Silk Roads.
