Ontmoet het aanstormend talent van morgen! De vierdejaarsstudenten van de bacheloropleiding Circus Arts presenteren hun groepsproductie onder regie van Nicanor de Elia.

In elk studiejaar werken de studenten van Codarts Circus Arts met ervaren makers van diverse achtergrond aan een groepscreatie. Zij worden daarin uitgedaagd en uitgenodigd om in een nieuwe aanpak en stijl te leren werken.

Dogs Never Melt 

In Dogs Never Melt, we play with the idea of human evolution,
pushing it towards the figure of the superhero.
But what do superheroes truly mean to us?
How do we inhabit the idea of being super?
Super what?
With whom?
And how many of us, at once?
In this piece, the lone, wandering hero gives way to a collective hero—decidedly human.

Dogs Never Melt is a circus creation, performed as part of the graduation for the bachelor's programme in Circus Arts. The performers, fourth-year students, 
are our contemporary superheroes: they bring the impossible to life through collaboration, trust, and shared risk.
