Why do you believe students should come to Codarts?
“Codarts offers a programme which will help you develop both your skills as a musician and your artistic capacities. We have well-trained teachers who also perform much, in various genres.”
What will you teach them?
“I teach my students to make music in every situation. Subjects of my lessons: grooves, rhythms, improvisation, reading scores, solos, odd meters, and much more. All of this in various styles, jazz being the most important style.”
How will you do this?
“My lessons are dynamic and laidback, but I avoid comfort zones. I will review your strong suits as well as your weaknesses with you. This will allow us to create a programme that suits your capacities and interests.”
