Programme Open Night Jazz & Pop 2023
Welcome to Jazz and Pop's Open Night!
Attending our open evening is still one of the best ways to learn about our programmes. Taste the atmosphere during the open classes, concerts and meet our students and teachers.
On this page you will find our programme and we will show you around our building. Between 18:00-21:00 you can talk in the classrooms with teachers per individual main subject major. In our Great Hall (better known as JLH Hall) you can see our students perform and listen to infomation sessions from the heads of the Pop and Jazz departments.
Jazz information sessions:
18:35-18:50
20:20-20:30
Pop information sessions:
18:50-19:05
20:30-20:40
Pop Vocals and Pop Songwriting
There are set sessions for Pop Vocals and Pop Songwriting. Unfortunately, due to the large number of registrations, it is not possible to come to these sessions with your +1 (i.e. parent, friend, etc.). Both will take place in our Small Hall at the back of the Café.
Full = full, so be there on time! You can find the times of the sessions in the "main subject group overview" below, or on the door of the Small Hall.
The Hangout: Information Point
Also take a moment to visit room A0.01, 'The Hangout': here you can meet students and staff for all your questions. You can also learn more about our World Music program here.
You can find the full program and map of our WMDC location via the menu below.
Have fun!
