The Supervisory Board of Codarts Rotterdam has appointed Renate Eringa as interim chair of the Executive Board. The appointment is in effect as per 1 October 2022. Eringa succeeds Wilma Franchimon, who has resigned from her position after an administrative period of eight years.

Appointment

Renate Eringa has been appointed for a period of one year up to and including September 2023. The Supervisory Board searched for a candidate with ample experience in art education. In addition to bearing the administrative responsibility she will also be responsible for continuing the intended merge with the Willem de Kooning academy in connection with the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and the Erasmus University.
