Apply via Studielink

Registering for the study year 2019-2020 is possible per 10 October 2018.

The registration procedure for art education is different from the standard procedure in higher education in the Netherlands. In order to be admitted to a study programme in art education you need to do an audition in order to evaluate if you meet the entry requirements of the study programme you have chosen. These auditions are held by a committee consisting of teachers.

In the Netherlands, enrolment for a Bachelor or Master study programme is done through an online registration system called Studielink.

Please note: the deadline to apply for an audition via Studielink differs per study:

  3. You will find Codarts under ‘University of Applied Sciences’. Place a request to enrol in the study programme or programmes you have chosen (with a maximum of 3). Your request will then be automatically forwarded to the Administrative Service Centre (ASC) at Codarts.

For any questions, please contact the ASC through asc@codarts.nl.

Enrolment

Following your audition, the study programme you auditioned for will inform you whether you are admissible or not. If you are admissible, the Administrative Service Centre will send you a statement to that effect, which also contains all the information you need for the next step in your enrolment as a student at Codarts.

As soon as you have successfully completed your preliminary training (MBO, HAVO or VWO), you must report this through study link under ‘Vooropleidingen’. Some diplomas are not recognised by the system. If this is the case, you will receive a message asking you to submit an authenticated copy of your diploma to the ASC, plus an official translation of it in either Dutch or English if it concerns a document written in any other language.
