Semi final
The semi final of Prix du Port is on Monday 6 April in the oude Luxor Theater. The theme for this year is New Energy. Directors Barbara Duijfjes en Arlon Luijten will help the semi finalists to express the theme New Energy. Richard Groenendijk will host the semi final. Five participants will pass on to the final.
The final
The final of Prix du Port is on Saturday 25 April in the nieuwe Luxor Theater. Sanne Wallis de Vries will host the evening in her own special way. The evening will end spectacularly with a show directed by Vincent de Rooij (Dogtroep) with circus, dance and a lot of music! Paul van Brugge is the musical director.

Prix du Port is a competition to recognise exceptional talent in classical music, jazz, pop, world music, and muziektheater. It is a joint initiative of the Port of Rotterdam Authority, the new Luxor Theater and Codarts, University for the Arts. The competitors are students of the Rotterdam Conservatoire. The first prize is the sum of € 10.000,- which is donated by the Port of Rotterdam Authority.
